Normativa sulla privacy

Pursuant to article 10 of Law 675/96 governing the safeguarding of the privacy and protection of the personal information of private individuals and entities, any information provided by submitting this form may be processed directly or by third parties, not only in compliance with the legal requirements established by EU rules or regulations, but specifically to fully comply with all contractual obligations, and for the following further purposes in relation to the contract:

a. to carry out studies and statistical and market analyses;
b. to send information and advertising materials;
c. to carry out direct sales or placement activities;
d. to send commercial information;
e. to send interactive commercial messages.

Said data may be stored on paper or in electronic and/or telematic form and be disclosed to third parties when the personal information is necessary or relevant in carrying out company activities; in any case, personal information will be treated in such a way as to guarantee safety and privacy. In relation to the processing of your personal data, you can legally exercise your rights as provided by Article 13 of afore-mentioned Law 675/96 which, for reasons of convenience, are provided here below:

Article 13 (Rights of data subject)
1. with reference to the treatment of personal data, the data subject has the right:
a) to know, via free access to the records as provided by Article 31, paragraph 1, point a), of the existence of any data processing carried out regarding the data subject
b) be informed on the basis of Article 7, paragraph 4, point a), b) and h);
c) to obtain from the controller or holder without delay :
1) confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal information stored on them, even data not yet recorded and notification in intelligible form of the content and origin of said data, as well as the reason and purpose for which the data was processed: the request may be renewed, unless under justifiable circumstances, after a period of no less than 90 days;
2) the elimination, transformation in anonymous form or the block of data in violation of the law, including thestorage of information which is not necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
3) the updating or rectification, or the integration of information by the interested party;
4) certification that the operations cited in numbers 2) and 3) have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data has been sent or disseminated, also with regard to its contents, except in cases where this obligation is impossible to fulfill or implies the use of unreasonable means with respect to the safeguarded rights;
d) to oppose entirely or in part, for legitimate reasons, the treatment of one’s personal data even if within the scope of its collection;
e) to oppose entirely or in part the treatment of one’s personal data for commercial purposes or in order to send advertising or direct sales materials, or to carry out market research or send interactive commercial messages and to be informed by the controller, not later than when the data is sent or disseminated, of the possibility for the interested party to exercise this right free of charge.
2. For each request in reference to paragraph 1, letter c), number 1), the interested party may be requested, where the existence of their personal data is unconfirmed, to make a contribution to expenditure not exceeding the actual expenditure, according to the procedures and within the limits established by the rules in Article 33, paragraph 3.
3. The rights referred to in paragraph 1 regarding the personal data of deceased persons may be exercised by anyone who is an interested party.
4. In exercising one’s rights, as stated in paragraph 1, the interested party can delegate, in writing, as proxy or power of attorney an individual or association.
5. The regulations stand firm regarding the professional secrecy of journalists, limited to the source of information. The law on data dated 31 December 1996, n.675 "The safeguard of individuals and other entities in relation to the treatment of personal information”. (Supplemento Ordinario of the Gazzetta.Ufficiale n. 5 dated 8 January 1997.
